All About Me!

I am proud of my work in grade six though I now that I could have worked harder. Right now my greatest challenge is staying awake and a little of it is my behavior and lack of focus. I like to do the bare minimum and do my work in the last minute. Behavior, it could be improved. I am going to try to improve it next year. I am also going to improve how hard I work in class. I participate enough in class. If I know it well than I will participate a lot but sometimes I don’t understand it or just have nothing to say but when I do I will let everything out. My organization is satisfactory. Satisfactory. My effort is satisfactory and there is a lot that could be improved and that is what I am going to strive to do next year, Work hard and put a lot of effort into my work. My first goal is to get good grades. My next goal is to become more focused and do my best in all my work. I like getting replies to my homework message and I like getting detailed homework messages too.

What does Utopia look like?

Utopia means perfect community or Paradise. The earth hour shows a little piece of utopia. Everyone helped do it and it sent a message to the world. Save our earth. A utopia is when everyone is at peace, there is no fighting, no pain just a peaceful life. The Community that Jonas lives in is an example of a utopia. There is no real pain just peace and everyone is the same, no jealousy they all live perfect lives. Their happy and ignorant to the worlds pains and happiness. There is no conflict just paradise.

Malaysia Week

Well when you guys were at school last week we were having the time of our lives! We had to live on our own for a week, no cellphones, no computers no nothing. I know that that is hard to believe but hey it was fun getting all out and dirty. We had to go on hikes over hills, in the rain, over cow poo but at the end of the day we could always look for ward to an hour in the waves. Boogie-Boarding , body surfing

To The people in memphis

Hi my name is Rizal! (and yes I know that that was a lame intro but I don't know how else to start it so...)  I'm twelve years old and I come from and live in Malaysia I go to school at the International. School. of Kuala. Lumpur. The greatest country in the world! Now one thing that makes it so great is the food! I mean there are so many different nationalities and they don't just bring us money (from all the junk they buy) they also bring their food and culture. It's a food lover's heaven. Another thing is the people. Everyone is so nice and there is barely any crime. Malaysia also holds the record for the tallest Twin Towers, Tallest SkyBridge and I think the tallest radio tower! I think? But as you can see the people here have to be pretty good to hold that many records... and Oh! I almost forgot we also hold the record for building the first two storey multipurpose tunnel! it practically connects all of Malaysia! and yet again I forgot one of our first records drum role please (tap, tap, tap, tap, tap) The Tallest tower in the world! or it used to be! ( it's what got Malaysia on the map!). We also (because of all the different races) get tons of holidays! So if you want to go on holiday then come to Malaysia.

New Year RESOLUTIONS

Number One: Get fit
This new year resolution is probably almost on every man or woman's list. Weather it's first or last but this task is easier said then done and especially mine since I want to lose around 3 kgs by march before malaysia week so that I would have more fun since then it would be easier for me to swim longer because if i'm fit i would have more stamina.
Number Two: Get better grades
Unlike the first new year resolution this will be a lot easier because I still have the rest of this trimester and the next one to improve.
Number Three: Try to be more understanding to my brother and my sister
The hardest so far... do I need to tell you why? or can you guess why?
Number Four: Be more organized
I need to keep all my things in order so that I will not lose my stuff that may be of some importance in my classes.
Number Five: Help people.
Well since I AM a peer helper it is my duty to try to help more people in and out of school.

5 MONTHS ALREADY?

Even after five months I still can't believe how DIFFERENT middle school is from Melawati. At Melawati the teachers would check our homework every day and the food oh the Food! we have so many choices of what to eat at lunch here. I still can't believe that we only had three choices at Melawati. We use so much more tech here too. We use enough computer for work and homework here at Ampang in a week that at Melawati it would take a month or more to use enough computer to equal just that. We have SO much more freedom. Can you believe they give you a certain amount of time to eat before they make you go outside and play? They make you order your lunch in the morning! we also have so many more chances to make new friends since we don't only just have one teacher and the same class mates everyday. Here we have seven classes and teachers with different kids in every class that it is nearly impossible to not make at least one friend in your time here unless you make an effort to NOT make friends. But when you think that middle school is non stop fun HOMEWORK, Responsibility, locks and lockers come in just to destroy your fun but after a while it isn't that bad, you kind of fall into a routine. In Melawati if we didn't print something or didn't do our homework it was OK but now no excuses, you didn't do it? your problem it's your responsibility to do this and that and blah, blah, blah! But middle school and specifically 6th grade I think will be the most memorable time of my childhood since that is when the biggest change in my life happened.
